verdict
she's traveling to marry one prince. unfortunately for her heart, it's his brother she can't stop thinking about.
between political alliances, rising tensions, and secrets neither of them expected to uncover, this romance slowly transforms into something neither character planned for. the forced proximity is excellent, the chemistry builds naturally, and there's a plot twist along the way that genuinely caught me off guard. if you love romantasy where the romance feels earned and the hero becomes fiercely protective long before he's willing to admit why, this one is absolutely worth picking up.

he's just the one sent to bring her there.
what starts as a mission quickly turns into something much more complicated as they're forced into each other's orbit, peeling back assumptions and discovering that maybe the enemy they've been taught to fear isn't who they thought they were.
