Digital Products (Kindle Inserts, Canva Templates, Downloadable Guides)
All digital product sales are final.
Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded. This applies to all printable Kindle inserts, Canva templates, and any other digital downloads available in our shop.
Exceptions: We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
The file was corrupted or defective and cannot be opened
The file was never delivered due to a technical error on our end
You were charged twice for the same order
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at bybookishbabe@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, and include your order number. We will make it right.

Membership subscriptions are managed through Substack.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Substack account settings
Cancellation stops future billing. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period

Items received as press copies, gifts, or as part of brand partnerships are not subject to this refund policy as no purchase was made.
