All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instantly downloadable nature of digital files, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered, except in cases where the file is defective or was not delivered.

Digital products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our designs as your own.
Canva templates may be edited for personal use. The underlying design remains the intellectual property of ByBookishBabe.

Membership fees are charged according to the plan you select at the time of subscription
You may cancel your membership at any time through Substack. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not offer refunds for the current billing period
Member-exclusive benefits (such as free digital downloads) are available only while your membership is active
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice to subscribers
