ivan lukov is the figure skater in from lukov with love by mariana zapata who is very good at what he does. unfortunately, that includes getting on jasmine’s nerves.
he’s competitive. sarcastic. always ready with something that will get a reaction out of her. she gives it right back, and now these two have to trust each other enough to skate together. good luck.
then she gets sick, and he’s checking her temperature, offering her a cold towel, and making sure she has what she needs. still teasing her. still being ivan. just a lot softer than she expected.
that’s what i like about him. so much tension, but underneath all the bickering, it’s soft and sweet. that cute “we hate each other” energy when you’re waiting for them to admit they don’t.
