who he is
tristan caine is the quiet menace in the predator by runyx. morana goes looking for him with a plan to kill him. so obviously, they get off to a great start.
he stares. he barely speaks. getting an explanation out of him is practically a second job. then he gets her car fixed overnight and makes sure she knows where the painkillers are when she’s hurting. apparently, he can take care of her. talking about it is where he draws the line.
he’s dangerous, emotionally guarded, and very difficult to read. the little things he does for her make that last part particularly annoying.
